How much will it cost to book the North West Pizza van for my event?

Costs are based on the number of guests, the day and time of the week and the service type (individual pizza or buffet style). Booking direct will always give the best price we have plus the option to take 10% discount by paying in full upfront.

What is the deposit and balance arrangement if we book North West Pizza van for my event?

If payment has upfront has not been selected then we ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking followed by the balance to be paid no later than 30 days prior to your event.

How far in advance should I book your pizza van for our event?

It's recommended that you book your catering as soon as possible to secure your date. Ideally, your should aim to book at least 6-12 months in advance to avoid disappointment.

Can the pizza van accommodate special dietary requirements

we can accommodate most special dietary requirements such as gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options. It's important to discuss any special dietary needs in advance.

What is the best way to serve pizza at events

Individual pizzas can be served for numbers up to around 40. For larger bookings, we recommend that pizza is served buffet style so that your guests can take as much or as little as they require and they can sample many different pizzas

How long will you be at my event

For a booking of 60 guests we would arrive an hour before your selected service time to prep and set-up. Then we would serve pizza for 60-90 minutes till your guests have been well fed. We then require only 15 mins to close down and allow your guests to enjoy the rest of your event

Will you need power and water?

Our events pizza van is 100% off-grid with solar panels fitted. All you need to provide are hungry guests
